Dam Short Film Festival

Filmmakers find the festival, and the town, kicked back, fun and creative. BC is a half hour drive from downtown or the Las Vegas Strip, yet "a world away" in the scenic El Dorado Valley, overlooking the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead.
